Incepted in the year 1964, we at Neotroniks Private Limited are engaged in manufacturing and exporting a wide range of electronic components High Frequency Capacitor, Plastic Film Capacitor and Electronic Film Capacitor. Manufactured using high-grade material, these components are widely used in electrical appliances, electronic equipment, oven and furnaces, refrigerators, automobile and home appliances.
The components are manufactured using latest technology and are in line with the specifications of our clients. We also make use of 360 feedback system that help us in detecting the flaws in the process or in the products prior to their rejection or failure. Moreover, our range products are rigorously tested in our quality test lab to make sure that they remain defect-free.
Under the able guidance of our owner Mr. Satish Shenoy, we have carved a niche for ourselves in this highly competitive sector. His sharp business acumen and in-depth knowledge of the industry has helped us follow ethical business practices. Owing to his undeterred efforts, we have been able to garner ISO 9002:1994 certification. We have also been accredited with BS EN ISO 9001:2000 certification and awarded by TUV Suddeustchland.

Manufacturing Unit
Our manufacturing unit is situated within a vast factory that is built in an area of 22,000 square feet in Pune. The unit is equipped with all the latest machines that are imported from U.S.A and Japan. These high-tech machines enable us to fabricate our range of products in line with the latest technology and client’s specifications. Some of the machines installed at our unit are:
- Lathe machines
- Cutting machines
- Welding machines
- Shaping machines
- Other special machines
These machines are regularly oiled and upgraded to assure their longer service life. These machines have enabled us to attain a substantial production capacity and help us in feeding the bulk orders of our clients in the set time frame.
Apart from these facilities we even have 360 â feedback system that makes sure that any discrepancy in the manufacturing process or in our range of products are identified and corrected before leading to a failure or rejection. |
